If you need service for multiple schools, campuses, or an entire county, you can still use this form — simply include the details below.

For Multiple Schools:
List all participating schools and the number of microscopes for each in the **“Additional Details”** field of the form.

Example:
• Central High – 25 microscopes
• Northview Middle – 18 microscopes

Multi-School Discount:
The more schools included in a single request, the higher the discount.
We’ll calculate your savings automatically when we prepare your quote.

For County or District-Wide Service:
If you’re requesting service for an entire county or district, please note
**“County Annual Contract”** in the Additional Details section.
County-wide service qualifies for a reduced annual rate. Keep your microscopes in top condition year-round with our Annual Service Contract. Includes regular maintenance, calibration, and priority repair service to ensure your lab equipment performs at its best all year long.
