Refund and Return Policy
At Microscopes America, Inc., we take pride in providing the highest quality laboratory equipment and professional service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3. Shipping & Liability
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please Note: Microscopes America, Inc. is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. Because laboratory equipment is high-value and delicate, we strongly suggest shipping your return fully insured via a carrier that provides reliable tracking information.
4. Restocking Fees
Please note that a restocking fee of 20% applies to all laboratory equipment returns. This fee covers the cost of professional inspection, recalibration, and re-certification required to maintain our high standards of equipment quality.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product upon initial delivery, please contact us immediately at (800) 790-8115 or email info@microscopesamerica.com so we can expedite a replacement or repair.
